The Best Small Town in Alabama

For the South’s Best Awards this year, Southern Living Magazine readers once again voted on their all-time favorite small towns in the South.  Alabama’s favorite beach town took the top spot for Best Small Town in Alabama!  We couldn’t agree more.  Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has long been a popular coastal destination.  From the famous bushwhacker at the Flora-Bama to the abundance of fresh seafood you can find at area restaurants like Doc’s Seafood Shack, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are the epitome of beach-side relaxation.

Growing up here on Alabama’s Gulf Coast I have seen this area flourish and just get better with age.  There’s nothing like putting your toes in sand and breathing the salt air.  Come enjoy, relax and unwind in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach.
